Return Policy
For returns, please contact the Vapespot Customer Service team to receive a return authorization number and return shipping information.
To help us process your return quickly, please include the following information:
- order number
- name
- telephone number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the fault or damage
- Return Requests, Exchanges/Credit Notes/Refunds
The Vapespot team will be happy to offer a full refund, exchange or credit note if the product is:
- In the original packaging
- Saleable condition
- Unopened and unused
- Returns within 30 days of purchase
- The purchase was not part of a sale or promotion using a discount code
- The product is defective
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose
- The product does not match the description
Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return for your exchange, refund or credit note to be processed.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on pods, e-juice, liquids or other consumable products. Please note that these items cannot be refunded unless they are found to be faulty or unfit for purpose.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Vapespot reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns on merchandise that appears to have been dropped, tampered with or physically damaged.
