Holiday Trading Hours Notice | 年末年始の営業について

With the festive season just around the corner, we want to ensure you're well-prepared for your vaping needs during the holidays. Here's everything you need to know about our Christmas trading hours:

Warehouse Closure Dates:
Our warehouse will be closed from 23rd December 2024 and will reopen on 6th January 2025.

• Orders received during this time will be shipped as soon as we reopen.

Order Early to Avoid Delays:
To ensure your orders are delivered in time for the holidays, we encourage you to place your orders by 18th December 2024.

Online Orders:
You can continue to place orders as usual throughout the holiday period.

Customer Support:
Our support team will be available 24/7 (excluding Christmas Day) to assist with any queries.
